Dinner Tacos: Mexican Style Chicken or Ground Beef with Adobo (No need for the pack of taco seasoning!)
First of all, I want to start cooking and blogging again with a focus on simple, yummy meals for quick dinners. So here we go!
Inspiration/Need: I don't really like using a Taco seasoning packet so I had to come up with my own thing and it turned out super!!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Wagyu Ground beef or 80:20 (80% lean) Ground Beef
- 1 Can Adobo Chipotle chilies (use the juice and chili chopped up). Use 1/2 to 3/4 of the can depending on your spice and flavor need
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped
- Cilantro handful chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon Cayenne
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- Juice from ½ lime
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- Soft flour or corn tacos
- Queso Fresco Cheese crumbled
- Guacamole (Avacado, white onion, jalapeno, tomato, cilantro, salt, olive oil, hot sauce)
- Fresh Salsa:
- Tomato chopped
- White onion chopped
- Cilantro 1 tblsp chopped
- Olive oil 1 tblsp
- Salt and Fresh ground pepper
- Jalapeno (optional)
Method:
1) Sautee the onion in little olive oil.
2) Add the Beef
3) Add everything else
